Afraid but not Terrified

Being afraid is a brainchild of fear. It is simply having a dislike for something or a regret over an unwanted situation.(Merriam-Webster dictionary). All of us get through this phase sometimes. That much uncertainty lurking in our hearts and in our pursuit for happiness and success. Nonetheless, this situation by its own self need not deter us in our quest for the top.

Terror itself is a deeper sphere of fear. A threshold that is overwhelmingly destructive. Those cold feet spasms that keep us down and hold on to us not to move.

Imagine you are to go on a journey for a business trip outside of your city. Yes it is no longer news that the weather has been bad these days with a resultant crash in air crafts. Mind you this trip will have a positive turn around effect on your life. It is only human to be afraid on this uncertainty but worst if terror sets in.

A positive approach is much needed to overcome this situation. Firstly, put the result to be derived from this oncoming situation in the fore front. it should be your target and bull's eye. This way you are never deterred. Your impetus is high to keep pushing forward. This can be achieved in several ways - meditating, a gentle reminder of yourself of this positive feedback.

Another important point to focus on is the fact that actions need be taken for results to be seen. What must be must be. Tracks have been made for this course but it is only left for us to move in this direction. Just keep your thoughts positive and push forward.

At all times the situations we face are simply a resultant effect of our thoughts. In this regard, a positive mind set of the greater good should be your focus. The way ought to be rough for stories of victory to be told. A positive mind breeds a positive result!

Much said, i believe we all should pursue those good targets of ours, keep our heads high, strike for purpose, let the fear come but let us not be weighed down. After all a wise saying goes thus,
The only thing to fear is fear itself.
Keep keeping on people!
